To obtain warranty service, the first step is to send your vehicle to the dealer for diagnosis. Your dealer will determine whether the vehicle is covered by the warranty. Please check the dealer location to find the dealer closest to you.
Check the chain regularly for lack of oil. The buzzing sound when going uphill is that the motor is overloaded and needs to be pedaled to assist
Check if the battery socket is loose. Press and hold the controller reset button.

Standard tire pressure: see the marking on the side of the tire (usually 3.0-4.0Bar)
Lead-acid batteries are afraid of running out of power, so it is recommended to charge when the power is ≥20%; lithium batteries can be charged as needed, and it is recommended not to be fully charged to 100% (charging to 90% will have a longer service life)
According to legal regulations, choose an appropriate motor. It is enough to choose a motor ≤400W for urban roads, and the motor power can be increased for off-road roads
Lead-acid battery: cheap and durable, but as heavy as a brick
Lithium battery: light and long life, but slightly more expensive than lead-acid battery
